Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns


We DO NOT ask for the return of any product for any reason. Customers have the right to apply for a REFUND within 120 days after the receipt of the product for a full refund. If you are not satisfied the product is free on us!

Refunds

We off full refunds if you are not satisfied with your product or it is damaged. We need proof of damages for a full refund. Customer mishaps and wrong item purchased qualifies you for a 40% refund unless you notify us about the mistake within 48 hours. We will also notify you of the approved. When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
